Every milligram is printed on our Supplement Facts panel. Below is the full breakdown of all 13 nutrients in our formula.

Our flagship ingredient. Biotin is the most researched vitamin for hair, skin and nail keratin production. The 5000mcg dose is the level most commonly used in supplementation studies. Important: the FDA warns that biotin at this dose can interfere with cardiac troponin and thyroid lab tests.

We chose methylcobalamin, the bioactive form your body uses directly, over the cheaper cyanocobalamin. Supports red blood cell formation and cellular energy metabolism.

Involved in over 100 enzyme reactions including amino acid metabolism critical for keratin and collagen protein synthesis.

Expressed in Dietary Folate Equivalents (260mcg folic acid). Essential for DNA synthesis and cell division — directly relevant to rapidly dividing skin, hair and nail cells.

Vitamin B5 supports coenzyme A production, which is involved in fatty acid metabolism and skin barrier maintenance.
Vitamin A: 630mcg (70% DV) as retinyl acetate. Supports skin cell turnover and sebum regulation. Well within the 3000mcg RAE upper limit.
Vitamin C: 20mg (22% DV). Collagen synthesis cofactor. We acknowledge this provides only partial coverage — dietary sources should complement.
Vitamin D: 10mcg (50% DV). Supports skin cell growth and repair.
Vitamin E: 7.4mg (49% DV) as natural d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Fat-soluble antioxidant protecting cell membranes.
